Who do I call for an emergency?

In the event of an emergency such as a power failure or a downed power line, call the local distribution company, your utility.

Will I still receive just one bill?

Yes, you will continue to receive just one bill from your utility.

If I am not satisfied may I cancel?

Yes; if you enroll in a program with no early cancellation fee, you may cancel at any time. If you enroll in a program with an early cancellation fee and you choose to cancel prior to the end of the program end date, you will be charged an early cancellation fee. All early cancellation fees are clearly indicated such programs upon enrollment.

How do I start?

To enroll in any of our electricity generation programs, simply navigate to the appropriate offers page, select the offer in which you wish to enroll, click, and complete the enrollment form. Our programs require an online enrollment to be entered. Upon submitting your online enrollment, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment and the details of the program in which you have enrolled. Then simply check your next electricity bill for the correct energy supplier.

Note: All enrollments generally take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bill. If you do not see your expected generation rate and supplier indicated on your bill by the 2nd bill received following enrollment, please call us at 1-866-870-7950.
